ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY THE TECHNICAL OFFICE IN MEDESANO (PARMA)

  • Technical support for the design of:
    - consolidation of landslided slope;  
    - consolidation of failed roads;
    - retaining walls;
    - infrastructure protection;
    - longitudinal and transverse hydraulic works;
    - avalanche and windbreak barrier. 
  • Calculations of single-anchor structures in the actual operating conditions according to NTC2018, through the application of dedicated software and finite element models.
  • Supporting designers in the preliminary assessment for to the applicability of the erdox system and developing suitable design solutions;
  • Supporting designers in the project phase and in the preparation of documentation for tenders;
  • On site assistance.

I sistemi ERDOX® vengono forniti in cantiere pre-assemblati in Kit di montaggio direttamente sulla strada camionabile più prossima al cantiere.

La filosofia alla base della soluzione ERDOX® è infatti quella di riportare in officina la maggior parte delle lavorazioni possibili, lasciando alla fase di cantiere il minimo delle lavorazioni indispensabili;
Compito dell’impresa sarà infatti semplicemente quello di provvedere all’assemblaggio delle strutture in poche operazioni, al trasporto delle stesse nel luogo di posa e al collegamento alle fondazioni preposte sulla base delle specifiche di progetto.

Le strutture Betonform sono caratterizzate da pesi estremamente contenuti che rendono semplice il posizionamento nel luogo di effettivo utilizzo attraverso i più tradizionali mezzi di cantiere.

Le caratteristiche principali legate all’impiego di questa tipologia di soluzioni possono dunque essere qui di seguito riassunte:

  • Elementi pre-assemblati che permettono montaggi facili e veloci (anche in siti differenti da quelli di effettivo utilizzo);
  • Pesi contenuti con benefici dal punto di vista del trasporto e del posizionamento in sito;
  • Facile e veloce installazione anche in presenza di condizioni topografiche estreme;
  • Maestranze ed attrezzature di cantiere estremamente ridotte;

Il fatto che le strutture ERDOX possano sfruttare per le operazioni di riempimento lo stesso materiale risultante delle fasi di scavo riduce ai minimi termini l’impatto ambientale dell'intervento in quanto non bisogna portare materiale con idonee caratteristiche nel sito di intervento e, al tempo stesso, asportare materiale da smaltire in discarica. I pesi estremamente ridotti delle soluzioni permettono inoltre una ottimizzazione dei trasporti dei materiali in cantiere riducendo di fatto il traffico su gomma.

Tutto questo nel rispetto del principio cardine di Betonform, ovvero rispettare la Natura.

Erdox Terra (dim. H310x360 cm approx. or H360x310 cm approx.) represents the quickest and safest solution for stabilization of landslide slopes, for the emergency consolidation of roads affected by surface landslides and for the reprofiling of slopes with debris-flow events.

It is a metal, pyramid-shaped structure, with light weight, easy to transport and quick to install.

ERDOX SINGLE ANCHOR FEATURES:

  • Easy and quick installation, even in extreme topographical conditions;
  • Low weights with benefits for transportation and installation;
  • Pre-assembled elements that allow quick and easy assembly, even at different sites than those of actual installation (approx. 20 minuti to assemble one structure)

ErdoX Terra is normally used to reprofile slopes subject to local instability and is effective and cost competitive in the case of soil slip surfaces that are not excessively deep. With numerous applications in very different conditions, Erdox has so far demonstrated particular efficiency and versatility, enabling intervention even in extreme conditions with low expense and remarkable structural and mechanical efficiency. By design and construction, ErdoX barriers allow the construction of elastic retaining structures capable of adapting to differential failures of the laying surface. Its conformation allows the barrier to be considered perfectly draining. Therefore, being unaffected by hydrostatic pressure, the structure shows high application capabilities even above surfaces with limited permeability.

This type of application is realized by reprofiling the slope aimed at reducing the velocities and, consequently, the velocities of the potential flow events. By design and construction, ErdoX barriers allow the construction of elastic retaining structures capable of adapting to differential failures of the laying surface. Its conformation allows the barrier to be considered perfectly draining. HYDRAULIC WORKS
HYDRAULIC WORKS

HYDRAULIC WORKS_ErdoX Terra(dim. H310x360 cm approx. or H360x310 cm approx.) is particularly suitable for hydraulic works , both for the consolidation of banks and canals and for the realization of filtering weirs.

AMBITO IDRAULICO

In this type of application, the elasticity of the system, which allows high adaptability to possible differential failures of the laying surface, amplify the advantages of the solution. The application of a DT net that turns up at the foot, upstream, for about 150 cm is essential in this type of work. This precaution, in addition to increasing the friction, has the function of guaranteeing the barriers from possible emptying of the backfilling soil, resulting from the occurrence of regurgitation phenomena at the foot. Hydraulic applications require careful analysis and design directed to contain the flow of water and debris considering the maximum runoff rates and hydraulic cross sections of the site, to define the best design solution. BANK CONSOLIDATION _They fall into the category of flexible works. In order to ensure optimal performance of these types of works, it is advisable to combine them with berms at the base to preserve the work from any regurgitation.

FILTERING WEIRS_Hydraulic protections works are aimed at the arrangement of the river basin and have the purpose of determining a balance between the water excavation and transportation phenomena exercised in the watercourses and in the riverbeds, in order to prevent excesses of either activity from causing erosion or flooding.
